There are the big church in the background, re-built like 6
times because of earthquakes, and the small church in front on the
right.
The baptism site is thought to be on the right of the water
hole, around the rocks, especially the oval one in front. There is
no river there right now, because the Jordan river changes stream
paths when the water's level changes. The river is a little bit
behind the whole scene.
I'm sure I would be, too! The closest experience I had was
seeing "Starry Night" by Van Gogh when it was at the Art Institute
here in Chicago. It's just so crazy to see something so significant
that you've read about and learned about in school or church.
I know, you have no idea of how it feels when you stand there,
and thinking that the son of The Creator of everything on earth and
beyond, had stepped there, on that land, looked at that sky,
breathed that air, just like you. It somehow makes you feel tiny
and incapable yet comfortable and closer to God at the same
time.
My wife Jackie (@zenith) has a DSLR and likes to take pictures
so getting a good photo can bring a nice reward to you :) Keep
taking your pictures they do look good Rita :)

The time just stopped there, and it was the most speechless I have ever been in my life.
